Your 2018 New Year Reflection

Today, I want to give you some stuff to think about. Whenever I sit with some of my clients, I realize that they sit down for just 10-20 minutes and come up with what they want to do this year.


That is not the right way to come up with your annual goals. It takes more than 20 minutes to come up with your annual goals.


That is why I urge you to do the reflection exercise below. The first part of the exercise is about reflecting on the past year while the second part is about planning for the new year.

There are points I want you to think about while you are going through this exercise.


Find a quiet place with no distractions and be sure to finish the reflection exercise. It will reveal so much about what you need to do to achieve more this year.
